About the project

At the heart of the newly built Aldar HQ on Yas Island, lies a design concept centered around three core principles: Connection, Collaboration, and Community.

These principles are translated into spaces, fostering an environment where people can come together, collaborate seamlessly, and when necessary, find solace in private work areas such as workrooms, pods, or phonebooths.

To complement this vision, the design integrates a rooftop leisure area. Here, occupants can unwind and enjoy their free time with facilities including a gym, yoga room, paddle, and basketball court.

Its design essence aims to prioritize the needs of its occupants, cultivating an environment conducive to connection, innovation, and diverse work styles.
